The Atlan Mountains (Mons Atlans) surround the North East boundary of the Islands of the Hesperides (Insulae Hesperidum).

 

The Islands of the Hesperides are the river formed islands (called an Aite) and the ancient Lower Delta called Ait Hesperous.
